Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. The whole precinct was redeveloped to host the 2000 Olympic Games. The South Pacific Championship was hosted by FATD New Zealand and the championship also included the World Senior Standard Championship and the inaugural World Senior Latin Championship which attracted couples from over 25 different countries around the world.
